This client hired Agatha Consulting to perform an in-depth assessment, including review of systems, processes and people, specific to their revenue cycle operations. At the end of this assessment, the client hired Agatha Consulting to implement a new Electronic Health Record and Practice Management System. We also are serving an interim leadership role accountable for the Revenue Cycle Departments.

Agatha Consulting had the privilege of working with a Washington State FQHC on an assessment and recommendation related to the SUD In-patient treatment centers. These care centers were struggling financially, and the board and leadership team hired Agatha to lead them through a process to determine a plan of action. The recommendations were adopted, leading to a profit margin for the first time in over 5 years.
